Bethnal Green House Extension
Planning Approved, Technical design in progress
Front and rear extension to a terraced house in Bethnal Green, currently submitted for planning. New open-plan living space brings light and garden connection to the heart of the home, with contemporary detailing designed to sit comfortably alongside the existing brick terrace.
Southborough Backland Eco Dwellings
Completed · Previous role
A backland development of two eco dwellings on a sensitive site near Ancient Woodland. High-performance construction and renewable technologies combine with careful ecological enhancement, secured through planning working closely with the client, consultants and contractor.
Greenwich Victorian Terrace Extension
Completed · Previous role
Rear extension to a Victorian terrace in South London, balancing traditional brick detailing with expansive glazing and rooflights. The result draws natural light deep into the plan and strengthens the connection between kitchen and garden.
Sevenoaks 1960s House Transformation
Completed · Previous role
Transformation of a dated mid-century house in Sevenoaks, reworking layout and material palette to bring the property up to date while respecting its original character and setting.
Penshurst Green Belt New Build House
Completed · Previous role
Concept design for a new dwelling within the Metropolitan Green Belt, offering a contemporary interpretation of the traditional farmhouse form. Open-plan living and a basement are arranged around projecting bays that frame key views across the site.
