Southborough Backland Eco Dwellings

Backland development of two eco dwellings, delivered from concept through to completion.

Designed with a high-performance thermal envelope, renewable technologies and ecological enhancements.

The scheme responds to a sensitive site near Ancient Woodland, successfully securing planning approval. Coordinated design and tender information across RIBA Stages 2–4 in collaboration with client, consultants and contractor.
